Dear Phyllis and Team,

      Thank you for the wonderful job you did with my mom's "living estate sale".  You handled everything in a very professional manner.  You asked if you could include some consignments and we agreed.  The February weather was cooperative and the sale turned out better than we had expected.  We were very happy with the results. 
       Thank you for "treating my mother's house with care, as if it were your own.  After the sale, the house was truly "broom swept clean".  You were a joy to work.
