Phyllis,

Bill and I want to commend you on the fantastic job you did on the estate sale for our Parent’s property.  

You and your staff worked tirelessly to accomplish the deadline that we had to clear the property.  As you know we put the house and acreage on the market in early November and it sold immediately, so we were forced to give possession within six weeks.

I know it was a stressful time for you because of the holidays and the weather did not cooperate. We were so pleased with the results of the sale and the clean house you left for us as we were out of town on vacation most of the time you were arranging the sale.

Needless to say we will recommend you to our friends in the future. Thanks again for a job well done, we could not have done this without you.
